Who Qualifies for NEXA Wholesale
Wholesale accounts are limited to licensed US tobacco retailers with a physical storefront. We can't open wholesale accounts for online resellers, marketplace sellers, dropship operations, or buyers in states where flavored disposable vapes are restricted at the state level.
Required to apply: state tobacco license, resale certificate, federal EIN, and a storefront business address. We verify each document before activating the account.
NEXA Wholesale Pricing Tiers
Tier pricing begins at 100 units per order, with additional breaks at 500 and 1,000+ units. Exact tier pricing is shared after account verification — we don't publish wholesale rates publicly.
All three devices (Ultra II 50K, PIX 35K, Suonon Donete 50K) are available wholesale. You can mix flavors across an order to hit a tier.
How to Apply for Wholesale
Send your application to service@nexavapes.com with the documents listed under "who qualifies." Our wholesale team reviews within 2 business days, verifies the license, and replies with a tier sheet and order form.
First order is prepaid by wire or ACH. After the first paid cycle, your account qualifies for Net-30 terms on subsequent orders.
NEXA Wholesale Fulfillment
Every wholesale order ships from the same Florence, NJ warehouse as retail. Lead time is 1 to 3 business days from PO confirmation to dispatch. Freight ships via UPS Ground or LTL depending on order size — quote provided with each order acknowledgment.
