1. Order Processing

We pack and ship fast — that's non-negotiable. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

All packages ship from Florence, NJ via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Estimated transit times after the order ships:

4. Order Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number — no exceptions. Here's what to expect:

5. Age Verification (21+)

US federal and state regulations require age verification for all nicotine product orders. NEXA Vape uses an automated system at checkout:

• Most customers are verified automatically using the name, address, and date of birth provided.

• If automatic verification fails, we'll request a photo of a valid government-issued ID via email.

• Orders cannot ship until age verification is complete. Unverified orders are cancelled after 7 days and refunded in full.

6. Shipping Restrictions

International Orders Not available. We ship within the United States only.
P.O. Boxes May be limited by carrier. A physical street address is recommended.
APO/FPO (Military) Not all carriers support military addresses. Contact us before ordering.
State Restrictions Some states restrict nicotine product shipping. If your order can't be fulfilled, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

All orders ship in compliance with the PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act). Adult signature may be required upon delivery in certain states.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Packages

We stand behind every shipment. If something goes wrong:

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we ship fast, changes must be requested quickly:

Before Shipment → Email [email protected] with your order number ASAP. If it hasn't left our warehouse, we can modify or cancel for a full refund.

After Shipment → Orders in transit cannot be cancelled. Please follow the standard return process once delivered.
