The first second reads blueberry + watermelon — sharp on the inhale, no candy gloss. A berry signature that arrives full, not faded.
Around the second or third second the mid-palate opens. The body keeps the berry character without flattening into pure sweetness — this is where Blueberry Watermelon holds shape.
The exhale sits behind the fruit rather than on top of it. Smooth landing, no caramelized burn at the back of the tank — by design across the 5% salt-nic NEXA curve.
In this NEXA Blueberry Watermelon Flavor review, we are looking at a masterclass in blending. Usually, mixed fruit flavors taste like a muddy “fruit punch.” Nexa avoids this.
The inhale is distinctly Blueberry—it has that darker, tannic berry note that wakes up the palate. The exhale is where the Watermelon takes over, smoothing out the tartness with a rush of sugary hydration. It finishes with a moderate cooling sensation. For customers at NEXA vape, this offers more depth than almost any other fruit duo.

The balance of the two fruits shifts depending on the airflow and coil heat:
The Ultra tends to blend the two notes together into a smoothie-like consistency. The watermelon sweetness becomes the dominant base, with the blueberry acting as a top note. It feels richer and thicker.
The PIX separates the flavors. You taste the sharp pop of the blueberry much more clearly on the inhale. If you prefer tasting the distinct layers of the fruit, the PIX dual mesh system does a better job here.

How does this hybrid stack up against the single-fruit giants in the Nexa Vape Flavors collection?
This is the most common question. Watermelon Ice is pure, straightforward, and very sweet. Blueberry Watermelon cuts that sweetness with berry tartness, making it less likely to give you “flavor fatigue.”
Blue Razz is a candy/soda flavor (sour and fizzy). Blueberry Watermelon is a natural fruit flavor (juicy and mellow).

It tastes like a fresh fruit salad. You get the slightly tart, deep notes of blueberry on the inhale, followed immediately by the juicy, sugary taste of ripe watermelon on the exhale.
Yes, but it is moderately icy (3/5). It is not as freezing as “Miami Mint” or “Watermelon Ice”, making it a great choice for vapers who want a cooling sensation that doesn’t overwhelm the fruit.
If you find plain Watermelon too sweet or boring after a few days, Blueberry Watermelon is better. The added blueberry provides a tart contrast that keeps the flavor interesting for longer.
