Diagnosis: Dry Wick / Empty Tank.
Fix: If the screen says 0%, it’s done. Do not refill (it’s dangerous). It’s time to replace the device.
⚠️ E4 Error (Flex/PIX)
Diagnosis: Sensor/Circuit Issue.
Fix: Clean the charging contacts. If the error persists, the internal sensor may have failed due to a drop or leak.
Common Questions
Q: How do I adjust the airflow?
Look for a small slider switch on the bottom of the device. Opening it allows for more air (bigger clouds, cooler vapor), while closing it creates a tighter draw (more flavor intensity).
Q: My device is auto-firing (hissing). What do I do?
This happens if the pressure sensor gets stuck. Try blowing firmly into the bottom airflow port to reset the sensor. If it gets hot, place it on a non-flammable surface and dispose of it.
